New Products

At The Opulent Brands, we take pride in the quality of our services, merchandise, and publications. Because our offerings vary, our policies differ slightly by category: 

1) Services (Events, Travel, Concierge, Weddings)

• All service bookings are governed by the terms outlined in your signed contract.
   
• Deposits and retainers are non-refundable, as they secure dates and resources.
   
• Refunds for services may only be issued in cases where The Opulent Brands is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations.
   
• If a client cancels after signing, cancellation fees may apply based on the timeline in the agreement.

2) Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, Products)

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
   
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
   
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
   
• Customized or final-sale items cannot be returned.

3) Books (Print & Digital Publications)

• All book sales are final when purchased directly through The Opulent Brands website.
   
• For books purchased through third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.), returns and refunds must follow the policies of the original seller.
   
• If a book ordered directly from us arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
   
• Digital/eBook purchases are non-refundable once downloaded.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@theopulentbrands.com with order details.
   
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
